Superior quality oil, organic and IGP, produced by learning to respect the times of nature and its equilibrium

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the best cultivars of Tuscany. It is able to tell the distant flavor of a centuries-old and authentic tradition.

It is mainly obtained from the Frantoio and Leccino olive varieties. Toscano PGI extra virgin olive oil – a unique cultural heritage of the Tuscan territory – is safeguarded by the Protected Geographical Indication since 1998.

All production phases of Tuscan PGI extra-virgin olive oil must be carried out within the region of Tuscany, from harvesting and pressing to end product packaging. This is how the authentic Tuscan PGI extra virgin olive oil is born.

Its color is more or less intense green when it is produced and over time tends to turn towards yellow.

On the nose the aromas recall green vegetable notes with round final sensations and a bitter note is always present on the taste accompanied by a spicy sensation. An oil with character but balanced and an ideal companion in the kitchen.

Infernale (500ml, 250ml)

The Frantoio variety also offers a particular note of roasted coffee.
